This site is excellent for the information on absolutely every aspect of the process, with genuine folk who like me feel that their loved one has been wrongly denied funding.

It can seem rather daunting to start with as there is so much information to take in. However if you read a few small sections, rather than trying to take in the whole lot, it may help.
